About the Cambria Community Services District

At the CCSD meeting in July, Edgar Kanarik  made some strong statements about the honesty of the District. Director Greg Sanders asked whether the item could be added to the closed session planned for that day, apparently concerned about possible litigation “threatened by one of the people who stepped to the podium”.

LAFCO’s recent Municipal Services Review noted that District information was easily accessible and communication with the public was improving, including the addition of the Board Agenda Packet being available online.
This openness seems to have been short lived. I have made a few public records requests, each of which has had declining level of response.
